Cardinal Health Puerto Rico has employees with knowledge, skills and talents that can help our communities to overcome challenges so that they thrive. Through our community program, Cardinal Health encourages employees to get involved and give back to the communities where they live and work. The current focus of this effort is Community Initiative (Iniciativa Comunitaria), a program aimed at the prevention of diseases and healthcare within multiple communities around Puerto Rico.

Iniciativa Comunitaria

Iniciativa Comunitaria is an innovative organization that works to accompany jointly the community in their development and transformation. For them, it is extremely important the recognition and respect for the fundamental rights of the community.

They want to achieve a better quality of life and a healthy and harmonious coexistence specifically in people suffering from social exclusion.
